My Journey to Islam - Abu Emaan
Bismillah,
As salaam aliekum wa rahmatullah, to all the Muslims and peace to all the non Muslims.
I like to begin by saying that this is an abridged version of my journey to Islam and there are many things I would have liked to have said, but didn't due to wanting to keep it as brief as possible. However, here are some of those points that I missed out.
1.I actually saw the effects of magic taking place.
2.I witnessed what magicians do and who they associate with.
3.How we broke the magic of the spell.
4.How they use the jinn to entice the person to come to the other.
5.The guidance of Allah from taking me away from the worst of people and placing me with the best of people.
6.How Allah opens up your sight to see things that you had never seen before.
7.The number of people who actually visit magicians.
8.The trials and tribulations that one face after accepting Islam.
I hope that you will all get benefit from this story and you will learn from it as well. Please remember that magic cannot effect a person except by the will of Allah, and Allah has not left us without protection and an antidote.
Do not think that you have to go and visit some shaikh to help remove the effects of magic and beware of those who are con man. They prey on the weak in the ummah using fear and made up stories in order to get them to relinquish their wealth.
The protection against all evils is with Allah. Seek refuge in Allah from all evils, read the Quran, follow the sunnah of Prophet Muhammed (Peace be upon him) and you will pass through this life easily inshallah.
May Allah accept all your good deeds and remove from you all your bad deeds, may he protect and shade you on a day when there will be protection or shade and may you enter paradise in peace.
As salaam alikeum wa rahmatullah
Abu Emaan (June 2008)
